Youth Forums

Youth fourms provide networking volunteerism and professional development opportunities focused onspecific industries or skill sets. Our Three youth forums are The Youth Cafe Youth Development professionals, The Youth Cafe Technology Associaltion, and The Youth Cafe YoungWomen in STEM.

Pay Equity

At The Youth Cafe, we believe in equal pay for equal work. We define pay equity as compensating staff fairly and equitably, without regard to gender. race and ethnicity (worldwide and in Kenya, respectively). To ensure neutrality, we engage independent, third party experts to conduct pay equity reviews. We analyse compensation of staff performing similar work or who hold similar roles to identify and address unfaire disparities. This ensures that all staff are paid fairly and equitably for comparable work, regardless of their nationality, race, ethnicity or gender.
