In collaboration with SpeakUp Africa, the Youth Cafe hosted a podcast and learning forum to analyze computer misuse and Cybercrime Act No.5 of 2018 Kenya. The podcast and the online forum aimed to shed light on the intricacies of the Cybercrime and Computer Misuse Act and the broader landscape of digital rights in East Africa.
The podcast and forum provided a platform for experts, legal scholars, and cybersecurity professionals to analyze the Cybercrime and Computer Misuse Act provisions. Participants delved into specific sections of the legislation, scrutinizing its scope, legal implications, and enforcement mechanisms.
